1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are delivered to most serviceable pincodes.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, we will notify you before processing.
2. Shipping Time & Processing
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Quick Delivery: 1–2 business days, wherever available (₹100 extra).
- Possible Delays: Public holidays, festivals, or courier issues may extend delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping with no minimum order value.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹20 per order as a COD handling charge.
- Quick Delivery (1–2 Days): ₹100 per order, subject to availability.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive SMS/Email updates with your tracking link once the order is shipped. Track your shipment in real-time through our courier partners.
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order is returned to ALVENDÍNO. Re-shipping can be arranged, and extra charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Check your package at the time of delivery. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 24 hours to support@alvendino.com with photos or videos. Resolutions will be as per our Refund & Return Policy.
