- Damaged/Defective on Arrival: Notify within 24 hours with photo proof for replacement or refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Funds credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

- Pre-Dispatch (within 2–3 business days): Free cancellation.
- Post-Dispatch: Cancellation not possible; refer to Damaged/Defective process.
